About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from AXXION at axxiongear.com and its Shopify checkout. AXXION is an online strength-training equipment store based in Perth, Western Australia. For questions, email hello@axxiongear.com.

Orders and payment

Please check the product, quantity, delivery address and contact details before submitting your order. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Availability and delivery

Available products and delivery options are shown on the store and at checkout. Any stated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as a guaranteed delivery service. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item. This does not limit any other rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Return and refund policy explains how to report a faulty product and request a remedy. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Product use

Use products for their intended purpose and follow any supplied instructions. Inspect equipment before use and stop using it if it is damaged.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit the store, place an order or contact us.
